Lineberty, while complying strictly with current law and regulation, wishes to collect some items of information, in particular the user's mobile phone number. This information is collected in compliance with the provisions relating to personal data protection. The aim is to offer the user a customized and optimized use of Lineberty mobile sites and applications.
Since Lineberty processes personal data automatically, it undertakes to comply with the relevant legal obligations, particularly those following from the French Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, data files and civil liberties.

The user is informed by these General Terms & Conditions of Use that items of personal data flagged as mandatory on the forms and collected when supplying the service described in these General Terms & Conditions of Use are necessary in order to use the service; are used only in the context of the service; and are intended only for Lineberty and its partners who take full responsibility for the precautions required to keep the data secure.
The company Lineberty may in particular use this information to inform the user of existing or future services it offers, and to contact users for the purposes of self-administered surveys (questionnaires).
Under the provisions in the French Law of 6 January 1978 on information technology and civil liberties, the user has a right to consult and correct data, and may exercise that right by applying to Lineberty.
The user may also exercise his/her right to challenge the use of the data on legitimate grounds by applying to Lineberty.
Lineberty and/or its partners may store information on the user's mobile phone and/or computer. This information will be in the form of cookies or similar files. Cookies do not contain any personal data. They are sent by the server and stored on the user's mobile phone and/or computer. An important part of their function is to identify the user more quickly when he/she connects.
Lineberty cannot guarantee that the site http://www.lineberty.com or the Lineberty mobile sites and applications will function optimally if the user refuses to accept cookies.
The user recognizes and accepts that Lineberty reserves the right to install cookies on his/her mobile phone and/or computer in order to save any information relating to his/her browsing of Lineberty mobile sites and applications.
